Registration and Swim Suit Fitting:
May 19th, 2-4 pm at the South Family YMCA on Marshall Rd.
Kastaway will be offering swimsuit fittings again for us this year. While a team suit is not mandatory, it is highly encouraged.

** Please note** If your son prefers a brief instead of the jammer, please email me at klhswim@gmail.com his size and quantity by May 10th and Kastaway will bring them to the suit fitting.

- Reference Attendance Sheet 2012 – One per family
- Medical Harmless form – One per family
- GDSA Form – One per swimmer
- Fee payment – $40.00 for one swimmer/$80.00 for two or more

After June 12, an additional $10.00 late fee (per swimmer)
