Oak Creek offers two types of pool memberships. Our Temporary Membership is a one-time offer and good for only one season. Our Permanent Membership requires buying stock in the Club and paying annual dues.
Permanent members request to be placed on the Club’s sell list when they desire to relinquish Club membership. That stock certificate is then offered to be purchased by the Temporary member who is at the top of the Temporary Membership list. The outgoing member also has the right to sell the stock certificate on his or her own.
All members and their immediate family have full access to enjoy our heated 80 degree pool, baby wading pool, tennis courts, snack bar & patio with eating area with gas grills, guest privileges, attend various social functions, and children may join our swim team.
All members may also enroll their children into morning swimming lessons.
TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP – $340.00 + 23.80 tax = $363.80. Stock in the Club must be purchased prior to following season and purchased through the pool membership pers
PERMANENT MEMBERSHIP DUES – $320.00 + 22.40 tax = $342.40
PERMANENT MEMBERSHIP DUES and STOCK (purchased from the pool) – Stock is $350, and annual dues are $320.00 + 22.40 tax = $692.40. Payments plans are available. Initiation fee is waived.
PRIVATE SALE OF STOCK – the Buyer should e-mail markwhisman@sbcglobal.net to verify the current stock value of the stock certificate being purchased. The Buyer will owe the Club current dues of $320.00 + 22.40 tax, plus a 50.00 initiation fee, a total cost of $392.40.
Dues are payable before May 1st, dues paid after May 1st have a $20 late fee added, making dues $340.00 + 23.80 tax = $363.80.
During the swim season, families interested in becoming members may be admitted free for 1 day to use the facility.
